To say Katie is the best is an absolute understatement! She went above and beyond to ensure a truly magical experience. She was incredibly communicative, organized and helpful. All reservations were booked and coordinated with tentative plans and tons of options and suggestions. Jennifer helped plan a family vacation for us recently. There were single ladies like me and my cousin that wanted to go out and experience drinking around the world and other adult events. There was also my brother’s family who had two younger children. And my mother who is sensitive to the heat -- did I mention we were going in August! Jen was able to navigate all of our needs and work to arrange a trip that accomplished everyone’s wishes and goals for the trip!

Honestly any review I give about Jennifer is an understatement. She was not only attentive to every aspect of what we wanted out of a vacation, she gave us tips and suggestions that worked perfectly within our budget and vision of the perfect Disney vacation. We booked last minute to get the free dining, and I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a room, since a lot of resorts had reached their max on the package. She was able to find us a room in Coronado Springs, which is now my most favorite resort I've ever been to. We decided at the last minute to have a character breakfast at Crystal palace. I could not find one in the time period we wanted, Jennifer found us a reservation in the exact time frame we wanted. There are many stories like this, where she just came in clutch for us. Jennifer made us feel like we were the only clients she was working with, and everything we wanted was taken care of. I recommend her to anyone booking a Disney trip, whether you are a Disney veteran or a first timer. The best part is that her services are free to you. We are expecting a little one soon, and you better believe when we are ready for our next trip for 3, she will be the person we go to!

Working with Juliana on our first family Walt Disney World trip was as easy as it was fun! Amanda planned our vacation form start to finish she did the most amazing job. I have no idea how she did it but it was amazing from arrival checking in to every ride and dinners with no problems at all. Absolutely amazing how she planned it and the dinners at the times she did and we never had to wait. We are using her to plan your next vacation in October.

We just got back from Disney World last week and I have got to say… I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST AND CRYING WITHOUT AMANDA’S HELP!!!! I have never been to Disney before and was feeling super overwhelmed. Amanda gave me clear directions on what I needed to make sure I completed first. Her suggestions on which parks and rides would be good for my 8 year old was so helpful for me as a newbie! (Her cute kids also give good suggestions on rides and snacks). Amanda gave some money saving tips, time saving tips, and helped me figure out transportation to and from the airport and parks! Amanda also checked in with me right before the trip and while on the trip PLUS was super helpful with any questions I had while I was there. My family and I (all 22 of us) just got back from our Disney cruise! Betty helped us ALL every step of the way. She kept us updated on the ever changing procedures and even made sure we had a welcome letter waiting in our room. On July 5-15th, my husband, daughter (age 10) and I spent our summer vacation at Universal and Disney World.
